In summary, Artesyn Embedded Technologies’ iMP modular, configurable AC/DC power supply series offers a range of modules that can be tailored to the designer’s needs. The iMP supplies are available in single, dual, and triple output modules, with power ratings from 36W to 1500W. The modules can be configured in a selection of three customizable iMP cases accepting input voltages from 85VAC to 264VAC, 47 to 440Hz, or 120VDC to 300VDC and with an efficiency of up to 85% at full case load. Additionally, the operating temperature range is -40ºC to +70ºC ambient. The iMP series is fully configurable, including input and output OK signals and indicators on both the case and module, inhibit and enable, and output UP/DOWN sequencing. Also, the series features I²C control which allows users to program and monitor both current and temperature, plus control voltage adjustments on all outputs.
