STMicroelectronics offers its SLLIMM-nano devices, which are MOSFET-based small low-loss intelligent molded modules, to provide a compact, high performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. It is composed of six MOSFETs and three half-bridge HVICs for gate driving, providing low EMI characteristics with optimized switching speed. The SLLIMM nano features a 1 A and 2 A current rating at 25°C with 500 V breakdown voltage, 150°C of maximum operating junction temperature, and low MOSFET on-resistance, which ensure high overall energy efficiency and reduced cost in built-in motor applications.
