Hirose DF58 Series Connectors | DigiKey Daily

Hirose’s DF58 series connectors are ultra-low-profile wire-to-board connectors with the industry’s lowest profile for use in consumer and portable electronic devices. The connectors feature a pitch of 1.2 mm and stacking height of just 1 mm while supporting currents up to 3 A. The ViSe lock uses both a positive lock mechanism for high retention force and a friction lock to prevent the connector from floating, making it ideal for devices subjected to high levels of vibration. Connectors are available with up to 6 positions and use a two-point clipping contact design that optimizes the contact force and reduces contact resistance.
