Toshiba's TMPM3HxF10xx series of ARM Cortex-M3 microcontrollers, part of the TXZ+™ family, operate at 120 MHz and are built on a 40 nm process node. Offering various interface options and advanced motor control features, they stand out with their programmable motor driver that synchronizes seamlessly with a high-speed ADC, ideal for AC and brushless motor control. These advanced MCUs boast 1 MB Flash memory, 32 KB data Flash, and 130 KB RAM. Additionally, the 1 MB Flash memory is structured in two 512 KB areas, enabling concurrent firmware execution and updates, pivotal for over-the-air applications. With self-diagnosis functions, these MCUs support IEC60730 Class B functional safety certification.
