Motion Sensors | Datasheet Preview

Offered in a small SMD package, these high-quality thin-film digital pyroelectric IR sensors can detect motion both nearby and over larger distances thanks to their high dynamic range. The built-in industry-standard I2C communication allows for plug-and-play connectivity to microcontrollers. These motion sensors can be connected together in a linear series allowing for synchronized sampling across multiple devices. Other features include programmable gain and filtering—which enables maximum flexibility in system design, and a range of low-power modes including a wake-up by motion feature. Ideal applications include contactless switching, office automation equipment, home appliances, display products, lighting, smart toilets, and more.
