Renesas VersaClock Portfolio | DigiKey Daily

Renesas’ VersaClock portfolio includes two of the most common VersaClock devices, which are the VersaClock 6 and the VersaClock 3S. The VersaClock 6 is a programmable, general purpose clock generator which finds its place in any application requiring low-jitter clocks. This clock generator has either 4 differential or 8 single-ended outputs and uses approximately 30 milliamps at 1.8 volts. The VersaClock 3S is best used for processor clocking and applications based on PCI-Express generation 1, 2, or 3. It has 2 differential and up to 3 single-ended outputs, and at 1.8 volts it uses down to 2 milliamps.
