Precision PanaPress Cutter and Plates

PanaVise's precision quarter ton (227 kg) PanaPress (arbor press) is extremely useful in manufacturing or as a repair tool. Its reversible ram applies up to one quarter ton (500 lbs. / 227 kg) of pressure and is 0.75" x 0.75" (19.1 mm x 19.1 mm) square by 5.875" (149.2 mm) long. One end of the ram is reamed 0.251" (6.4 mm) for adding tooling, and it has four adjustable nylon gibs that provide exceptional ram control. Additionally, the device's arm is 8 inches (203.2 mm) long.

The base footprint is 3.7" x 7" (94 mm x 177.8 mm) and includes four 0.25" (6.3 mm) holes countersunk at the corners for bolting to a work surface. It also has two additional holes for mounting retrofit kits on the base that are pre-drilled and tapped 1/4-20 and may be used for customer tooling. The PanaPress is 7 inches (177.8 mm) high from its base to the top of its back (not including variable ram height or arm length) and it weighs 5.4 pounds. (2.5 kg).
