BMR316 4:1 Fixed Ratio Digital IBC

The Flex Power Modules BMR316 is a compact, non-isolated, 4:1 fixed ratio digital IBC designed to deliver 1 kW of continuous power and up to 2.8 kW peak power in an ultra-small footprint measuring just 23.4 mm x 17.8 mm x 7.65 mm (L x W x H). Despite its small size, it delivers a power density exceeding 900 W/cm³ or 15 kW/in³ when operating at peak power.

It operates across an input voltage range of 38 V to 60 V, providing an output range of 9.5 V to 15 V due to its 4:1 input-to-output ratio.

At 54 V input, the module achieves an impressive 97.7% efficiency at 50% load (40 A) and is thermally optimized for cold wall mounting on the top side and bottom side of the host board.

BMR316 features an industry-standard LGA footprint and pin-out, ensuring supply security and second-sourcing options.

BMR316 is footprint compatible with the Flex Power Modules first-generation IBC, BMR313.
