Powered by three EPC23102 100 V monolithic GaN ePower® stage ICs configured in a three-phase bridge with integrated gate drive and protection, the EPC91120 delivers high efficiency, fast switching, and a compact footprint that is ideal for space- and weight-constrained systems.
