Banner Engineering LX series part-sensing light curtains detect objects as small as 5.6 mm and flat objects as thin as 1 mm that pass anywhere through the light screen. They have extraordinary sensitivity to small objects and provide consistent detection of packages where the leading edge varies. These are ideal for part ejection verification and small part, parcel, and envelope handling applications.
Features
- Choose from several models with light curtains between 3" and 36" long
- Models available in two sensing ranges
- Offers both NPN and PNP discrete outputs
- Provides response speeds as fast as 0.8 ms, resulting in increased throughput
- Can detect objects as thin as 1 mm
