Vishay releases SMA6F series of surface-mount TransZorb TVS in SlimSMA™ package
Vishay Semiconductor's SMA6F series devices offer a very low profile of 0.95 mm, peak pulse power to 600 W at 10/1000 µs and 4 kW at 8/20 µs, and excellent clamping capability. With their compact size, SMA6F TVS are designed to protect sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting in space-constrained consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
