ESD Protection Devices

PANJIT’s protection devices are made using a self-designed wafer and self-packaging technology. The PJMBZxxA-AU series unidirectional ESD transient protector has a common anode and is configured to protect sensitive equipment from ESD and latch-up events. The combination of two devices can protect up to two data lines in a single package, thus taking advantage of the circuit board. PANJIT’s ESD product is available in an SOT-23 package and is intended for use in voltage- and ESD-sensitive equipment such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, medical equipment, and automotive applications.
