KK 2.54 Tin Discrete Cable Assemblies Off-The-Shelf (OTS)
Molex's cable assemblies ensure reliable electrical contact and performance with low insertion force
Molex's off-the-shelf (OTS) KK 2.54 tin discrete cable assemblies offer three cable sizes (150 mm, 300 mm, and 600 mm) and a variety of circuit sizes to facilitate both prototyping and global preproduction. A dual-cantilever terminal helps ensure reliable electrical contact and performance with low insertion force, while an optional kinked PC tail maintains header positioning during soldering. KK RPC headers are offered in high-temperature nylon and reflow matte-tin plating and allow for +260°C wave and reflow solder processing. Friction-lock headers and receptacles help ensure secure mating and prevent accidental disengagement.
