Image of Goford's P Channel MOSFET Series 1 Goford's P-channel MOSFET is a type of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) where the channel is composed of a majority of holes as current carriers. An advantage of the P-channel MOSFET characteristic is the simplified gate driving technique that often reduces overall cost.

Goford offers various package options, including P60V in D2PAK, TO-220, and POWER SO-8. It uses advanced trench and SGT technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge. It can be widely applied for power supplies, BMS, and solar inverters. Goford offers -150 V to -12 V MOSFETs.
