Image of CTS' Model 626 High Frequency Low Jitter Clock OscillatorCTS Corporation's Model 626 is a high-frequency, low jitter clock oscillator housed in a very small (2.5 mm x 2.0 mm) hermetically sealed ceramic package. It features clock rates between 6 MHz and 220 MHz with less than 500 fs phase jitter performance throughout the frequency range. Standard LVPECL or LVDS differential output options are available, along with a choice of +2.5 V or +3.3 V voltage operation. To support low power chipset designs, +1.8 V operation is also available for the LVDS output option.

Model 626 offers stability options of ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, ±30 ppm, and ±50 ppm for standard operating temperature ranges of -20°C to +70°C and -40°C to +85°C. In addition, an extended operating temperature range is available with ±50 ppm stability over -40°C to +105°C for use in fanless environments.

CTS' Model 626 provides a low cost, miniature size solution, along with high-performance capabilities suitable for complex electronic systems.
