Image of Ablic S-1230/1 Series Linear Regulator The ABLIC S-1230 and S-1231 series positive voltage regulators offer a high-withstand voltage, low current consumption, and high-accuracy output voltage. They have a high operation voltage of 66 V, making it compatible with 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V battery systems, and they can be operated at a low consumption current of 2.0 μA typ. They also feature a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit overcurrent of the output transistor, a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat, and a built-in open-loop protection circuit to control output voltage overvoltage.
